A Bit About Tim Horlick
Tim Horlick was born in Weymouth, England. After Wellington School, he secured a scholarship to the University of Oxford, majoring in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE). Subsequently, he qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse & Co., and followed a career in investment banking with Flemings, Kleinwort Benson and Salomon Brothers. in 2000 he founded a venture capital business Frontiers Capital.
