Chief Operating Officer
Nathan has a strong background and experience in accounting, finance and marketing. He has a Business Science degree from the University of Cape Town and a Masters in Business.
He has set up and helped run various successful startups from sectors including fine art, film finance and hospitality.
Angus is a seasoned adviser and capital-markets professional with over 20 years’ experience in global banking with specific expertise in strategic and equity advisory, M&A and ECM. He has held, inter alia, Managing Director and management roles covering advisory, equity advisory and ECM at a number of organisations including head of Mid-Market Advisory and Broking at Credit Suisse and head of UK ECM Dresdner Kleinwort. He has a long track record of advising companies and high profile individuals in the UK, USA and Europe. Prior to his career in finance Angus was an Army Officer.
Former head of innovation for SAP, the global 100 software company, and currently head of Vertical Market Solutions division of Austria Telekom, a subsidiary of Carlos Slim’s Carso Group, Francis was responsible for SAP’s Blockchain strategy. Francis has a Masters degree in Physics and Spectroscopy from Kharkiv National University, an MBA from Hochschule Reutlingen and has attended programmes at MIT, Insead and Columbia University. He is an Emeritus in digital strategies from the Institute of Management.
Until 2015 Mike was a principal at ABD Investment Management LLP and until 2010 he was the Chief Investment Officer of UBS O’Connor’s currency and interest rate fund. Prior to this Mike headed various fixed income trading desks at Lehman Brothers and Swiss Bank Corporation. Mike has extensive experience as a private investor across a range of business sectors.
